Speaker 0 00:00:00 Uh, you work at OJS. That's correct. That's how Tanner met you. We were down there having some adult beverages one night and you and Tanner got to talking outside, taking the smoke. I'm assuming exactly how it happened. And now, now you're on the show. Yeah, it was Speaker 1 00:00:15 Very surprising. I must say Speaker 0 00:00:16 Nice. Now we had a, I'm assuming he's everybody's boss. He might not, might not be your direct supervisor, but we had Gavin on the show a few weeks ago, the general manager, owner, whatever you want to call his title for O'Jays here in Fort Mac. Yep. And you guys have a wager, what is this way? Speaker 1 00:00:33 So we actually do. Yes, you'd be correct. It's uh, the $50 bet on me having more views on him. Okay. Speaker 0 00:00:40 Very confident with that. There you go. So you have people like your younger guy, so you're on Speaker 1 00:00:46 No, I actually, surprisingly I'm not Instagram, Snapchat all night, but I try to stay away from Facebook. Speaker 0 00:00:53 Fair enough. Yeah. So what medium. You're trying to get more views on like, cause he, his user primarily Facebook, right? Yeah. So is Facebook gonna be how you judge Speaker 1 00:01:03 Could be? I would go any platform really? Cause like I watch a lot of YouTube and a lot of my friends watch YouTube and you're actually asking them about the show and I thanks to Tanner. He told me that it was on YouTube when I found you guys, I followed you. And I Speaker 0 00:01:18 Suppose Speaker 1 00:01:20 I let them all know where to watch. Speaker 0 00:01:21 Okay. I like it. I like it. I like healthy competition. Now we're going to start this off. Uh, cause you said this, when you came in, you are born and raised in Fort McMurray. Yeah, Speaker 2 00:01:32 I, yeah, I was born here. Um, I'm fine with aging myself. I'm also maybe younger than some of the other people here. So I'm 27 and that's as long as I've been here, I plan to raise my children here. So wow. Speaker 0 00:01:47 Shade on the old people that are here, myself included. That's awesome. Yeah. Tanner John, her town is 21, so you're not the youngest, but I'm definitely the oldest. That's so funny are a huge fan of a certain sport though. Huge, huge fan of this sport. All right. What sport is that? It's wrestling. Elliot is RAs. Love wrestling. There we go. Town. Are you hitting him with the uh, the belt? I got the belt. All right. You got your, your WWF belt in. There's a difference. There's a distinction. It used to be called a WWF, but then the world wildlife foundation got upset. I was right. They had to change it. Get it, get the F out. They called it. I like it. Yeah. So let's talk about that first and foremost, explain the history of it going from F T E because it was F for not one or two years, for instance, decades, it went under the radar. So was this something that like the wildlife people were like complaining about for years? Or like how did this all happen? They had some agreement. I believe what it was. There'll be somebody out there who knows more than Speaker 3 00:02:58 More about this than me, but uh, what it was, but yeah. You know? Yeah. What it was was the, the WWF, the world wildlife foundation said, you guys can use the name WWF, but only in the United States. Oh, okay. And so then when the WWF started to expand globally and they use the WWF name, now the world wildlife foundation got upset about that. And uh, they had to, had to Sue them I believe and get them to change the name. Speaker 0 00:03:36 Okay. So what does a good barbershop? It's one of those things prior to going to Allie and I grew up here, I would just bounce around to wherever. Right. Whatever was closer to where I was living. Um, but yeah, the environment that they've created there is like what you see on television or in the movies of what a barbershop is just like laughing, joking, like family type environment. It's, it's a good time. Speaker 4 00:03:59 And, and, and the community involvement for them, like, you know, around Christmas they do the toy drives for Santa anonymous. Um, you know, Ali called me one day and said, Hey, Dennis, I wanna raise the money for the young lady in our community that had the brain surgery late to there. He's like, can you bring your battle barbecue and come to a barbecue? I was like, yeah, Speaker 0 00:04:14 Sure, man. Speaker 4 00:04:16 Yeah. And just in like, you know, it's just so selfless with him. I just, yeah. So round of applause to Holly and the boys and the victim were there and Speaker 0 00:04:23 Go through and get a cut, it's like, Speaker 5 00:04:25 It's a great time to buy. So it's a great time to meet with someone, get a preapproval lock in your rates. And while they're shopping, they can do that at CIVC. We have some other cash back mortgages as well. So we can give you some cash back. If there's some furniture you want to buy. So obviously that changes the interest rate a little bit, but it definitely instead of going out and spending money on a credit card and then trying to figure out a way to pay it off, this is a great way to do it. So Speaker 0 00:04:51 Yeah. Now you just said a very important word, which is Speaker 8 00:05:12 Talk about quenching your ugly.
